Project Coordinator
Within our Online Training Delivery Division, we are looking for a colleague to strengthen our team. IBFD’s Training division consists of a team of (e-)learning & content developers, LMS & accreditation specialists as well as project managers’, who work with various internal and external tax experts and other stakeholders to develop IBFD’s portfolio of training products. The last years IBFD’s training division has grown and is now professionalizing their digital training offering.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Monitor and facilitate processes.
- Coordinate project tasks in Jira and help keep progress up to date
- Assist in addressing issues as they arise and escalate when needed
- Manage administrative tasks.
- Follow up on deadlines and track deliverables
- Support communication with stakeholders together with project leads
- Plan, organize and host agile ceremonies.
- Evaluate project performance to improve the project process and results.
- Assist in other team-wide projects.
- Contribute further to the product improvements
Requirements
- Process management
- Experience providing project management support
- Collaborative team player

- Highly flexible, with strong communicator and organizational skills
- Comfortable tackling complex issues that arise from human interactions
- Extraverted personality
- Experience in Jira, SharePoint
- Familiarity with learning industry processes is a plus
Salary & Fringe Benefits
Depending on background and relevant work experience, we offer a salary between EUR 3,400 and 3,900 (based on 37 hrs), completed by an attractive package of fringe benefits, amongst others:
