Account Executive
Join Our Team as an Account Executive!
Are you an enthusiastic and tech-savvy professional looking to make a significant impact? We have an opening for an Account Executive in our EMEA Sales Team based in Amsterdam.
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business growth through proactive sales activities and diligent follow-up on leads. You will identify, qualify, and pursue promising prospects, prioritising them based on their readiness to convert and their strategic fit for the organisation. By engaging potential clients with tailored solutions and persuasive communication, you will work to expand our customer base and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and prospect for new clients within the assigned region and industry segment.
- Evaluate and prioritise leads, focusing efforts on high-potential prospects and streamlining the conversion process
- Establish trust with prospective and existing clients by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value propositions to stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Consistently achieve or surpass individual and team revenue goals, contributing to the company’s overall success.
- Log all activities, maintain accurate customer records, and track opportunities in the CRM to ensure pipeline visibility and data integrity.
- Track KPIs, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ B2B sales experience; experience in a SaaS company is an advantage
- Fluency in English; a second language is a plus.
- A proactive, self-driven professional with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Dynamics a plus.

Salary & Fringe Benefits
We offer you a fulltime (37 hrs) gross monthly salary between EUR 3,700 - EUR 4,000 depending on background and relevant work experience, completed by an attractive package of fringe benefits:
- 8% holiday pay
