The IBFD Global marketing team
The IBFD Global Marketing (& Communication) department is responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy. The department empowers the commercial strategy for IBFD and is responsible for internal communications, and market insights & research for the entire organisation. The global marketing team enables revenue growth, expanding market share and enhancing brand equity on a global scale and plays a key role in advancing IBFD’s purpose.
We support the entire organisation to grow sustainably with strong, data and value driven marketing. This entails omnichannel marketing campaigns tailored on ideal client profiles, where client insights form the basis for all client engagements. We support sales with tools, conversation material and insights, and generate qualified leads towards (enterprise) clients.
Overview, purpose of the position
The Campaigns & Content team ensures that the global and local campaigns and content of IBFD are designed and executed to drive brand drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. The Content Expert ensures that the global and local content of IBFD is curated and executed to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves curating content for campaigns, the website, events, and social media, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts and outputs.
To be successful in this role you’ll need excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills as well as, good interpersonal and influencing skills in English.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Contribute to the global content strategy by providing insights and recommendations for local and global markets.
- Curate high-quality content that aligns with the organization's brand and marketing goals for campaigns, the website, events, and social media.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating marketing efforts and outputs.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure execution of cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools to gain insights and implement improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in content marketing to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clearly convey content strategies and performance.
- Enhance engagement metrics, including average time on site, number of pages per session, and social media interactions.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Digital Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Optimize conversion rates to ensure a high percentage of visitors complete desired actions, such as purchases or sign-ups.
- Reduce bounce rates by enhancing content relevance and user experience.
- Increase click-through rates (CTR) for advertisements and links.
- Improve search engine rankings to secure top positions for relevant keywords.
- Enhance engagement metrics, including average time on site, number of pages per session, and social media interactions.
- Lower cost per acquisition (CPA) to efficiently acquire new customers.
- Boost customer lifetime value (CLV) by fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Number of leads (qualitative), qualified (shared with the entire global marketing team)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): The percentage of people who click on an advertisement or link.
- Return on Investment (ROI): The return from marketing campaigns relative to their cost.
- Engagement Metrics: Such as average time on site, number of pages per session, and social media interactions.

Education, Training & Required Experience
- Proven track record and strong understanding of content marketing and campaign management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a B2B environment
- Marketing Bachelor or University degree (Content marketing education (bachelor), journalist, copywriting)
- Proven track record of managing successful content strategies.
- Digital Marketing Certifications: e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy, or content marketing-specific courses.

Salary & fringe benefits
We offer you a fulltime (37 hrs) gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,500 depending on background and relevant work experience, completed by an attractive package of fringe benefits:
