Project Coordinator

Within our Online Training Delivery Division, we are looking for a colleague to strengthen our team. IBFD’s Training division consists of a team of (e-)learning & content developers, LMS & accreditation specialists as well as project managers’, who work with various internal and external tax experts and other stakeholders to develop IBFD’s portfolio of training products. The last years IBFD’s training division has grown and is now professionalizing their digital training offering. In order to do so, we are looking for a Project Coordinator. 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Monitor and facilitate process​es. 
  • Responsible for managing several projects in Jira.  
  • You can respond to sudden issues that benefit the team and the work process.  
  • Manage administrative tasks.  
  • Establish deadlines and ensure adherence to these deadlines by the team. 
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction​. 
  • Plan,organize and host agile ceremonies. 
  • Evaluate project performance​ in order to improve the project process and results. 
  • Assist in other team-wide projects.    

Skills & requirements

  • Process management.  
  • Project management support.
  • Adhesive for the team.
  • You have a mindset of continuous improving​. 
  • Methodical and systematic way of working.  
  • Highly flexible, great communicator and organizational skills.  
  • Experience in jira,sharepoint and confluence (nice to have). 

Salary & Fringe Benefits

Depending on background and relevant work experience, we offer a salary between EUR 3,400 and EUR 3,900 (37 hrs), completed by an attractive package of fringe benefits, amongst others:
